- Wake up it's your turn to drive...
- Close friend and fellow photographer, Eric Jennings, and I created the blog, Wake Up It’s Your Turn to Drive, during a photography assignment in 2010. Eric and I were hired by Inire Inc., a multimedia company out of Seoul, South Korea to document and photograph every Korean War Memorial in the United States and Canada. 2010 marked the 60th year anniversary of the Korean War and to show their appreciation to all who came to their aid, South Korea released a 3 book series of photographs documenting Korean War Memorials in allied countries around the world. The book is simply titled Korean War Memorials in Pictures. The original purpose of this blog was to show the world a passenger seat view of the work we were doing and also our experiences as we traveled throughout North America. Eric and I were truly blessed to have been given such an amazing assignment. It was an eye opening experience for two burgeoning photographers. Wake Up It’s Your Turn to Drive is a blog about our adventures but also about our development in the profession of photography.
the photo of what i am assuming is joel's red head lamp is really sweet! i would definitely like a print of that somewhere in my apartment. Also, the shot of the trees right below it is amazing. you guys are gonna have a serious body of work when you get back. post some videos!
